To view, edit, respond to, or check the status of an existing ticket with Acumium Support, all you need is an Acumium Support account and a support ticket!

To access your past or existing ticket:

1. Access the Support Site at

2. Log in to your Acumium Support account

3. Click Check ticket status in the top right corner of the page (or the 'Tickets' tab in the main menu)

4. You can filter the tickets by All Tickets, Open or Pending, and Closed tickets. 

5. Simply click to open the ticket you are interested in. Here are you are able to view the status, progressive dialogue, and add any other information you want!
