We encourage all Acumium Clients to create a free account on our Acumium Support site. Doing so allows you to track the progress of your current open tickets, and review all past tickets with us. More importantly though, an Acumium Support account gives you access to our brand new Support Knowledge Base! This knowledge base contains answers to common issues, FAQs, client specific solutions, and information on expediting your support issue.
1. The first step in this process is sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line of Support account request
2. You will receive an email with a link to follow to activate your support account.
3. Following the link will take you to a password creation screen - create a password and click Activate and Log in
4. After clicking the Activate and Log in button you will be taken to the Support Homepage. From the Homepage you are able to access other support documents as well as your support tickets.
